With over 18 years of experience in the induction hardening industry, Mr. Patil has built a strong foundation for the company. Rajmudra Induction is equipped with a state-of-the-art steel heat treatment setup, incorporating advanced technologies to offer superior results in heat treatment processes.
Our induction hardening machines are designed for efficiency and precision. We specialize in flame hardening, using equipment with ratings of 150 kW, 50 kW, 40 kW, and 25 kW, operating at frequencies of 10 KHz, 30 KHz, and 200 KHz. These machines allow us to provide high-quality, durable hardening for a variety of industrial applications.
We also employ IGBT-based medium and high-frequency technology, which enhances the flexibility and performance of our heat treatment processes. Our vertical scanner system, capable of scanning heights ranging from 600mm to 2000mm, is utilized for large-scale parts with intricate geometries. The advanced system ensures precise control during the hardening process, improving efficiency and quality.
